Barbara's Beach Bungalow is fully equipped with modern cooking appliances that make it suitable for preparing any meal, whether a simple breakfast, quick snack, or a delicious lunch or dinner. This cozy bungalow's master bedroom has a queen size bed with a new, very comfortable mattress. The second bedroom has a full bed with a twin bed on top set up like bunk beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and cable television. The bungalow has a large deck with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, charcoal and BBQ grill, a hammock. Start your day with fresh coffee under the cabana and marvel at the natural surroundings just a few steps away from the sandy beach. Soak up the sun on the private, huge deck while the designated BBQ master works their magic on the grill. Gather for dinner with your partner, good friends or loved ones and don't forget refreshing cocktails. It's 5 o'clock somewhere! Catch the beautiful sunsets from the beach or from the overlook on the deck. Don't miss them!!!

Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Online Checks, Personal Checks, Certified Checks, Cash, Bank Transfers.

Deposits/Payments – Upon booking, we require full payment if arrival date is within 90 days. If over 90 days, 50% is due at time of booking and balance
must be received 90 days prior to arrival date. The security deposit is due 90 days before arrival and is refundable provided there is no damage to the property.

Cancellation Policy - There is a $300 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations made less than 90 days of arrival date. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance. 

No refunds for unused nights regardless of cause.


We do not charge booking fees and the cleaning cost is included, not additional.

Check-In: After 4:00 p.m.  Check-Out: Before 10:00 a.m.

You must be over 21 years of age to book a reservation in your name.

*Exceptions to the above may be made at the management's discretion.


Barbara's Beach Bungalow is located on Gulf Blvd. in beautiful Treasure Island, Florida. You'll have access to the areas best activities, restaurants and adventures. 

The beach is in your backyard! But be sure to discover everything Treasure Island has to offer! Treasure Island public transportation is available on the Suncoast Beach Trolley. The trolley runs between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach, making 16 stops, including Clearwater Beach, Sand Key Park, Bay Park, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach, John's Pass Village, and Treasure Island.
Fall visitors will love attending the Sanding Ovation sand sculpture contest. Be sure to visit the Treasure Island Friday Morning Market featuring local art & crafts, plants/flowers, independent distributors, fair trade, and interesting flea items. Shop over 50 local vendors at Treasure Island Community Center Park for fresh produce, crafts, jewelry, art, yard decor, and so much more!
Local restaurants guests enjoy include: VIP Mexican American Cuisine, Caddy's, Shrimpy's, Sea Dog Brewery, Middle Grounds Grill, Sloppy Joe’s and many more great spots foodies will be sure to love.
The town of St. Pete Beach is just a couple of miles from the bungalow. John's Pass is loaded with fun, check it out! The Pass-a-Grille historic district is just minutes away.
Animal lovers will have fun meeting some of Florida's most famous animals at Alligator Attraction. A visit to the Salvador Dali museum is a great way to spend the afternoon. Visit the St. Pete Pier! The Pier is a do-it-all destination that provides all-day fun and adventure. Walking, biking, splashing, sightseeing, basking in the sunshine, and more. Catch a Ray's baseball game at Tropicana field, or maybe a hockey game or football game in nearby Tampa!
